Oil Can Henry's Employee of the Month
At Oil Can Henry’s, we make it our mission to earn our customers' lasting trust by providing a superior service experience that's quick, convenient and a great value. As you can imagine, the trained technicians who work in our centers and interact with customers on a daily basis are crucial to achieving this goal.
The Oil Can Henry's Employee of the Month program honors the "best of the best", members of our team who, through hard work, a positive, team-first attitude and dedication to providing the superior service our customers expect, have proven themselves to be exemplary representatives of Oil Can Henry's.
Every month, OCHI, the franchisor of Oil Can Henry's service centers, selects an Employee of the Month. The honored employee receives a $250 bonus, eight hours of PTO (personal time off), lunch with an OCHI Area Supervisor, and a commemorative certificate.
