Carols raves as Mrs. Marin is allowed to remain in her vehicle, where she can watch and listen as trained technicians complete her service. He is then amazed to see a technician pick up a newspaper and, instead of reading it himself, give it to Mrs. Marin. Both announcers emphasize the issue of trust.
